“Gainful employment on the pre-release side of incarceration is one of the most important steps to reintegration into the community.”
By David DeCastro
Re-Entry Center of Ocala (RECO) was founded in May 2005.
RECO provides prisoner work release facilities and transitional services for the Florida Department of Corrections. Birthed by, and founded under the sheltering wing of Time for Freedom Inc., RECO currently houses 100 men, most of whom are gainfully employed within the community.
